The ZB-200 is an air-driven aquarium filter that ensures clean and healthy water in your aquarium. The filter has been used for years in professional breeding facilities and is also known as the “Moving Bed Filter”. This name indicates that the filter media constantly move past each other, ensuring even better filtration. The ZB-200 filter facilitates the natural processing of waste substances in the water, converting substances such as ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite in a biological manner. The large amounts of air pumped into the filter ensure degassing of these waste substances.

In this way, the ZB-200 filter ensures that the Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) values ​​remain low. These values ​​indicate the amount of oxygen needed to break down organic waste particles present in the aquarium. The lower these values, the cleaner the water in the aquarium. The operation of this filter results in a significant delay in algae formation, keeping the aquarium exceptionally clean!

The exceptionally high maximum capacity of the ‘ZB200’ is 200 liters. The included filter media (ZM-1) in the ‘ZB200’ can last up to 15 years, making this filter also a sustainable purchase!
