How is your dropshipping order packed?

Your dropshipping order will be packed and shipped safely.

How and when will your order be shipped?

Your order will be send via Post NL. If your order is placed before 14:00 when in stock, it will be shipped the same day. the average processing time is 1 working day. Post NL delivers the parcels also in the evening and on Saturday. You can check our track&trace page for more information.

What happens if the shipment is lost, damaged or refused?

Shipping is entirely at risk for us as CeramicNature. Only cancellations, returns and refusals must be settled with your customer.

Germany

€ 8,50 (excl. VAT) + 5 euro packing cost + 2,95 if an XL package (bigger than 100x70x58 and smaller as 175x78x58cm)

France

United Kingdom

What is dropshipping?

Through our dropshipping option we ensure that if you no longer have a product from us in stock, we can deliver this product to your customer for you. This service is purely supportive intended for our partners to ensure that customers receive the products as quickly as possible.
