Transport damage
Complaints regarding the delivered goods must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days.
If this does not happen, CeramicNature will not be liable for the damage.
Return shipments
Return shipments must always be franked. We can not accept non-franked return shipments.
The returns must be returned in the original packaging and in the new condition.
All delivered goods remain the property of CeramicNature until the entire invoice has been paid.
Deliveries cannot be refused on the basis of minor deviations in colour – model – packaging in relation to the photographs or descriptions shown in this catalogue.
Specially made products cannot be refused or returned.
