Our logs are handcrafted in our own workshop in the Netherlands. All CeramicNature logs are made of brown ceramic, which is safe for humans, animals, and the environment. They are available in 7 different sizes and have a brown tree trunk color and texture. The structure of the logs is replicated by CeramicNature from trees found in nature. Because we handcraft everything, each log is unique. The interior is smooth, while the exterior of the logs has a tree trunk structure with multiple knobs and holes.

Aquarium

The logs are the ideal decoration in aquariums with an Amazon or rainforest vibe. With their lifelike tree trunk appearance, they blend nicely with real wood and our backgrounds. In addition to their aesthetic appeal, logs can be used as hiding spots for loaches, catfish, crayfish, and other fish species.

Furthermore, you can cover the logs with various types of plants and mosses such as java moss or anubias. Use aquarium glue or fishing line to secure the plant to the product for the first few weeks. After this period, the plant will grow securely onto the ornament. In the aquarium, logs also serve as a biological filter since the structure of the ceramic is porous. Micro-hollows host numerous bacteria that, through biological breakdown, remove harmful substances from the aquarium water. All in all, a fantastic product!

Terrarium

the products are widely used as hiding places for reptiles and amphibians such as frogs, geckos, bearded dragons, snakes, etc. Because they are made of ceramic, they can also be perfectly used as moist or warm caves. The ceramic is porous and retains heat or moisture well.

Sustainable ceramic

Our ceramic is 100% safe for humans, animals, and the environment. Logs have a long lifespan and are handmade from ceramic. Because the color is baked into the clay, the color will never fade. This makes them easy to clean as well. Cleaning can easily be done with a soft sponge and warm water.
